1、清洗二手電動叉車上污垢、泥土和垢埃，重點部位是：貨叉架及門架滑道、發電機及起動器、蓄電池電極叉柱、水箱、空氣濾清器。
1. clean dirt, dirt and dirt on used electric forklift truck. the key parts are: forklift and gantry slideway, generator and starter, battery electrode fork column, water tank, air filter.
2、檢查各部位的緊固情況，重點是：貨叉架支承、起重鏈拉緊螺絲、車輪螺釘、車輪固定銷、制動器、轉向器螺釘。
2. check the fastening condition of each part, the emphasis is: fork support, lifting chain tension screws, wheel screws, wheel pins, brakes, steering screws.
3、檢查轉向器的可靠性、靈活性。
3. check the reliability and flexibility of the steering gear.
4、檢查滲漏情況，重點是：各管接頭、柴油箱、機油箱、制動泵、升降油缸、傾斜油缸、水箱、水泵、發動機油底殼、變矩器、變速器、驅動橋、主減速器、液壓轉向器、轉向油缸。
4. check the leakage, the key points are: the pipe connectors, diesel tank, oil tank, brake pump, lift cylinder, tilt cylinder, water tank, pump, engine oil pan, torque converter, transmission, drive axle, main reducer, hydraulic steering gear, steering cylinder.
5、輪胎氣壓檢查：不足應補充至規定值，確認不漏氣。檢查輪胎接地面和側面有無破損，輪輞是否變形。
5, tire pressure check: insufficient should be added to the specified value, confirm no leakage. check whether there is any damage to the ground and side of the tire, and whether the rim is deformed.
6、制動液、水量檢查：查看制動液是否在刻度范圍內，并檢查制動管路內是否混入空氣。添加制動液時，防止灰塵、水混入。向水箱加水時，就使用清潔自來水，若使用了防凍液，應加注同樣的防凍液。水溫高于70℃時，不要打開水箱蓋，打開蓋子時，墊一塊薄布，不要帶手套擰水箱蓋。
6. brake fluid, water inspection: check whether the brake fluid is within the scale, and check whether the brake pipe is mixed with air. when adding brake fluid, prevent dust and water from mixing. when adding water to the tank, clean tap water is used. if antifreeze is used, the same antifreeze should be added. do not open the water tank cover when the water temperature is higher than 70 ~c. when opening the cover, pad a thin cloth and do not twist the water tank cover with gloves.
7、二手電動叉車發動機機油量、液壓油、電解液檢查：先拔出機油標尺，擦凈尺頭后插入再拉出檢查油位是否在兩刻度線之間。工作油箱內油位應在兩根刻度線之間；油太少，管路中會混入空氣，太多會從蓋板溢出。電瓶電解液也同樣要處在上下刻度線之間，不足則要加蒸餾水到頂線。
7. inspection of engine oil quantity, hydraulic oil and electrolyte of used electric forklift truck: first pull out the oil gauge, wipe off the ruler head, then insert and pull out to check whether the oil level is between two calibration lines. the oil level in the working tank should be between the two calibration lines; too little oil, air will be mixed in the pipeline, too much will spill from the cover plate. battery electrolyte should also be placed between the upper and lower scales, and the distilled water should be added to the top line.
8、制動踏板、微動踏板、離合器踏板、手制動檢查：踩下各踏板，檢查是否有異常遲鈍或卡阻。二手電動叉車手制動手柄的作用力應小于300n，確認手制動安全可靠。
8. brake pedal, micro-motion pedal, clutch pedal, hand brake check: step down each pedal, check whether there is abnormal dull or stuck. the acting force of the brake handle of the used electric fork driver should be less than 300n, and the hand brake is confirmed to be safe and reliable.
9、皮帶、喇叭、燈光、儀表等檢查：檢查二手電動叉車皮帶松緊度是否符合規定，沒有調整余量或破損有裂紋，須更換；喇叭、燈光、儀表均應正常有效。
9. examination of belt, horn, lamp, instrument and so on: check whether the elasticity of used electric forklift belt meets the requirement, if there is no adjustment margin or crack, it should be replaced; horn, lamp and instrument should be normal and effective.
10、 放去機油濾清器沉淀物。
